Verônica Oliveira is an entrepreneur, and the founder and owner of BR Takeout and Tapioca da Baiana, both based in Framingham.

Originally from Bahia, Brazil, Oliveira built her culinary enterprises from the ground up. After launching Tapioca da Baiana in 2014, she introduced authentic, high-quality Brazilian tapioca to the American market, eventually scaling production and distributing her specialty food brand across dozens of states.Expanding her passion for traditional Brazilian cuisine, she established BR Takeout in Framingham, creating a welcoming destination celebrated for hearty, authentic homestyle dishes.

Often recognized in the community as a pioneer of Brazilian flavors in New England, Oliveira is widely celebrated for her entrepreneurial resilience, commitment to local culture, and dedication to serving the wider MetroWest community.
